This production line aims to serve customers who value healthy eating and who are willing to invest time and resources for a longer life and better quality and, thus, contribute to the innovation and sustainable development of the company. It is based on the trend of the industrialization process of natural juice and minimally processed vegetables aimed at supermarkets, with the intention of adding value to the product and, at the same time, ensuring nutritional quality. The methodology used is based on bibliographic study and field study on the subject. As a result, there is the implementation of a productive sector of natural products, especially minimally processed vegetables and natural fruit juice, which effectively minimize losses due to breakdowns in the fruit, vegetable and greens sector, increasing the company's revenue. To this end, we analysed the sales data of the developed products, extracted from the Consinco system from the ABC curve, which allowed identifying the relationship between the product line generated and the revenue of the fruit, vegetables and greens sector of the supermarket.
