As this is a teaching model that is different from the traditional one, the resident needs to deal not only with difficulties that are typical of the teaching-learning process, but also with the demands required of a professional working in the labor market. Therefore, this study aims to estimate the prevalence of stress, anxiety and depression in multidisciplinary residents of the University Hospital Onofre Lopes. This is a study with a quantitative, transversal and descriptive approach. For data collection, the following instruments were used: Identification Form, Lipp's Stress Symptoms Inventory for Adults (ISSL) and the Anxiety (BAI) and Beck Depression (BDI) scales. The sample consisted of 75 residents, from different areas of health (nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, dentists, psychologists and social workers) and different programs (child health care, intensive care unit, cardiology and psychosocial care). The results obtained showed that 34.70% of the participants presented symptoms of stress, with the majority in the resistance phase (30.7%); 57% of residents had some degree of anxiety (mild, moderate and severe) and 20% had depressive symptoms and dysphoria.
