This is an experience report on the Multiprofessional Residency in Maternal and Child Health of the School Multicampi of Medical Sciences at UFRN and its actio ns at Hospital do Seridó, in Caicó/RN. The results are organized in the presentation of the context of formation of Residencies in Health; the justification for the implementation and scenario of the Maternal Child Residence; and its structure and function ing.
