The review of the literature showed that the interest of many researchers in the relationship between school and family is not recent nor is it noteworthy about the influence of the family is not recent nor is it noteworthy about the influence of the family on the schooling of children, which is considered the main ally of the school institution. Specifically with regard to integral education, which emerged as an alternative for modern families that, due to numerous factors, need to leave their children in school for an extended period of time, it was possible, during the experience as a trainee, to experience situations that left suggesting a lack of accountability of families in relation to aspects related to the care and education of their children as well as an absence of dialogue between family and school.
