Entrepreneurs need to strive to survive in this increasingly uncertain world, and many alternatives and strategies are devised to gain advantages over competitors. One of them is generating innovations that facilitate marketing processes, but how to generate this innovation? One alternative is to hire skilled professionals to assist in this endeavor. The aim of this work is to present an application that streamlines the process of hiring agents to assist in this process, and after conducting research with the target audiences, it was noticed that there was acceptance among the target audience regarding a system that facilitates this process. Following the observation of the results obtained, all processes involving the creation of a company were carried out. Initially, a CANVAS was developed, followed by Marketing, Financial, and Operational planning.
