The rise in blood sugar during the gestational and puerperal period constitutes a significant current issue due to the risk of poorer perinatal outcomes and the development of future diseases. Therefore, this study aimed to develop an educational booklet for pregnant women in high-risk prenatal care with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, addressing diagnosis and key measures for the proper management of the condition. This research is characterized as applied research, focusing on the development of an educational product aimed at maternal and child health.
