For that matter, four models of bridges are proposed, each one with different proportion between cantilever and span. Taking into account the standards’ recommendations, the designs on flexural and the fatigue analysis are done. The results show that the mean reinforcement fatigue factor increases with the growth of the cantilever/span proportion. The best proportion, with the lowest mean reinforcement area ratio, according to the NBR, and the second lowest mean fatigue factor, is 1/4.
