Methods: Prospective cross-sectional study, comprising 190 patients who had some respiratory manifestation, collecting data to trace a sociodemographic and clinical profile and use of DIs. Characterizing the profile of access to medication and consultations, data analysis was performed using the statistical software Stata v 12.0©. Results: It was then found that more than 80% of the population served receives 1 minimum wage; majority resident of the metropolitan region; only 31% of the patients underwent digestive endoscopy, even with the expressive diagnosis of GERD. The association of formoterol/budesonide was the most prescribed, surpassing the list with a large number of drugs not incorporated into the SUS, precisely, the presentation with capsule versus the one without capsule; tiotropium, but not the standardized association in Rename 2022 (tiotropium/olodaterol); in addition to the increasing prescription of triple therapy. In the adherence profile, 399 (85.3%) consultations were performed, of the 468, with an average of 2.5 appointments scheduled/patient, 52 (27.4%) of the patients failed to perform at least one appointment scheduled. It was also possible to observe that patients affected by COPD missed more appointments - 37.5% (24/64). Conclusion: In the study, it was possible to list possible factors that interfere with access to medicines and health services. However, due to the difficulties that these clinical conditions bring to these patients, the aforementioned access is crucial, in order to minimize the progression of these diseases and guarantee an improvement in the quality of life.
