2020. 32 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Turismo) - Departamento de Turismo, Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2020.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/37562Each tourist has their own tastes, desires and needs. For the tourist activity to occur fully and equally, it is necessary to take into account all these factors. Accessible tourism emerges as a typology that ensures the right of everyone to enjoy the services offered by this phenomenon, regardless of their limitations, whether physical, auditory, intellectual, visual, among others. Taking into account the advent of technology and the popularization of mobile devices, especially the smartphone, assistive applications appear as a resource to assist tourists with physical disabilities. Thus, the present study aims to analyze the information offered by assistive applications used by disabled people on their travels. The research in question has a descriptive-exploratory character, of a qualitative nature, using bibliographic research on the topic studied. The Wheelmap and Guiaderodas applications were analyzed taking into account the categories of informative content, commercialization, interactivity and languages, based on the model of Diaz Luque and Corrêa (2012). From the analysis it was possible to observe that despite the applications lacking in some relevant points for the physically disabled, they can play the role of an important aid tool in the tourist experience of its users.
