Meditação guiada em pacientes pós-avc: análise da adesão, barreiras e facilitadores do processo de reabilitação. 2023. 30f. Meditation has been used to manage stress, which is a risk factor for stroke. The aim of this study was to assess adherence to semi-presential meditation sessions by post-stroke patients and to identify the barriers and facilitators of the process during the intervention. Participants underwent a meditation protocol using the "Meditation Natura®" mobile app, consisting of an 8-week mindfulness program with guided practices lasting an average of 15 minutes each. The practices took place 1x/week at the FACISA Physiotherapy School Clinic and 3x/week at home, using the app. The participants were assessed on the first, fourth and eighth week using the following instruments: well-being index (WHO-5), perceived stress scale, numerical pain scale (NDS), weekly, subjective and final patient reports and attendance. It was observed that the four ischemic stroke participants had good adherence to the protocol, where four participants had good adherence to the protocol and completed the study. The main barrier identified was understanding the app's commands and the most cited facilitator was willpower, both reported by the patients. Based on the results of this research, strategies can be devised, such as semi-presential therapy, in order to expand the practice of meditation in a clinical environment.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/FisioterapiaAcidente vascular cerebralMeditaçãoMeditação guiada em pacientes pós-avc: análise da adesão, barreiras e facilitadores do processo de reabilitaçãoGuided meditation in post-stroke patients: analysis of accession, barriers and facilitators of the rehabilitation processbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
