It is unfeasible to conduct exceptional work with such a high overhead. It is up to technology the task of assisting the Court’s activities. Therefore, this paper aims to present, report the experience and describe the development process of the project executed during the Information Technology Residency Program, the Execuções 3.0 (Executions 3.0). This do- cument is based on the project development process, through the requirements gathered, analysis done, documentations created and experiences acquired throughout the process. The Court and its employees were benefited by the improvement of the Dispatchment Processes To Active Debt tool, by the addition of process analysis filters, by the extension of the Alerts System of the Acts and Execution Board, but mainly by the creation of the Registry of Obligations.
