Comunicação popular e insurgente da Boa Esperança: entre território, memória e histórias de vida em "Lagoas do norte para quem?". Orientadora: Dra. Maria Ângela Pavan. 2023. 264f. We mapped communication within the affected individuals of the Lagoas do Norte Program and all communicative processes. The territorial focus was on Boa Esperança Avenue, from where the community's history/memory action originates, and we described the foundations of community wisdom. Theoretical support was provided by the transmethodological approach (EFENDY, 2016). We developed a method-walk that employs conversivity (FLEURI, 2019), Horizontal Knowledge Production (BERKIN, 2019), Social Cartography (ACSERALD, 2010), and Sentimental Cartography (ROLNIK, 1989). Data production engages with orality and life stories, proposing a participatory community process to compose the mosaic of local memories. Along this journey, we walked with authors who confront the coloniality of knowledge/power such as Bispo dos Santos (2015), Quijano (2013), Villanueva (2017;2018), Krenak (2019), Ramose (1999), Mignolo (2019), Rodrigues (2021), Cusicanqui (2018), and Freirean popular education. With these references, we discovered the quadruple communicative power that manifests through mobilization, information, popular education, and self-organization, which we call the circularity of communicative convergences. The conclusions unveil a communication that emerges from the ancestral epistemes and anthologies preserved by the community, inviting us to comprehensive, holistic, and active communication, rooted in the philosophies of Well Living and Ubuntu. This thesis strengthens the community, communication research, and academia, as it allows us to theoretically weave in the science of the common (SODRÉ, 2015): which is to communicate, feel, listen, and always be attentive to all the noises in the movements of pulsating life. The common is the spoken and lived life of collective enunciation, where there is always the echo of countless voices demanding space to utter the collective word.
