Curso autoinstrucional como ferramenta para o ensino da radiologia do sistema musculoesquelético. 2018. 35f. These changes have generated new demands for medical educators, limiting teaching time and making updating difficult. The literature evidences gaps in medical training regarding the musculoskeletal system, especially in the teaching of semiology, in the same way that it points out deficiencies in the management of Radiology directed to this system. Currently, there is increasing use and great potential for electronic tools for health education. Considering that musculoskeletal complaints are very frequent in clinical practice, this study aimed to develop a course for the virtual learning environment of SUS - AVASUS, focused on the computer - mediated teaching of the basic radiology of the musculoskeletal system, outlining the step -a-step in the development of pedagogical content. The course was developed with the support of a multiprofessional team using the following phases: content training, content development, technological development and editorial. The course format is selfinstructional with 6 units, which cover basic anatomy, knowledge of the main imaging methods used to evaluate the musculoskeletal system, basic radiological propaedeutics, as well as radiological interpretation in the evaluation of complaints related to the most prevalent diseases of the musculoskeletal system. With an emphasis on Rheumatology, the course considers clinical situations such as painful shoulder, knee pain, neck pain and low back pain, which are presented in the form of interactive PDFs, videos, animations, illustrations, infographics and clinical cases. Each unit of the course is followed by an evaluation activity, composed of clinical cases, containing multiple choice questions of automated correction, with feedback to the participants. The availability of this technology-mediated educational tool on the AVASUS platform will allow broad access to medical and medical students, particularly those inserted in the context of basic care, contributing to general education.
