It is an exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, based on 470 SAMU service records, with a record of the year 2016. A predominance of males, over 65 years of age, with attendance in the shift morning and weekend, prevailing external causes in conscious and targeted victims.
