The hypothesis to be proven is that there is still a lot to advance so that it can effectively contribute to the management of Labor Courts throughout Brazil. Using documentary and bibliographical research, the uses of DataJud were analyzed and compared with their possibilities of use. This evidence was compared with the responses of a questionnaire answered by the Labor Courts.
