For the development of this article, an organizational climate survey was carried out, with a closed questionnaire containing 44 questions, from 10/01/2022 to 10/31/2022, aiming to measure the climate factors of the analyzed department, using it as an interpretation instrument data using the Organizational Climate Scale – ECO method.
