Modernização do processo regulatório de leitos com perfil para assistência vascular no estado do Rio Grande do Norte: pé com risco de amputação. Orientador: Dr. Ernano Arrais Júnior. 2024. 70f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Gestão e Inovação em Saúde) - Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/60451In 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) released the statistical report World Health Statistics “Monitoring health for the sustainable development goals” which presents the four main causes of death from non-communicable diseases, they are: Cardiovascular Diseases (17.9 million), Cancer (9.3 million), Chronic Respiratory Disease (4.1 million) and Diabetes Mellitus (2 million). In Brazil, 73% of deaths from chronic diseases also follow global diagnostic trends, with Cardiovascular Diseases responsible for 30% and Diabetes Mellitus responsible for 5%. In the State of Rio Grande do Norte, in the work context of the Health Regulation and Assessment Coordination (CORSA) sector of the State Health Secretariat (SESAP), a significant increase in patients needing access to a hospital bed with a profile vascular with emphasis on the foot at risk of amputation. Therefore, and aiming for an equitable and transparent regulatory process, a specific module for regulating patients with this need was implemented in the RegulaRN - Leitos Gerais system. Even with the module in use, there was no instrument that supported the regulatory team's work process. Therefore, the objective of this academic project is to create an Access Regulation Protocol for Hospital Beds with a Vascular Assistance Profile - foot at risk of amputation, to qualify the work process of the CORSA teams and the Internal Regulation Nuclei (NIRs), the in order to improve response time when accessing this Hospital bed profile. To this end, a systematic literature analysis was carried out focusing on articles that deal with this topic in the last ten years, in addition to stratifying data from the years 2022 and 2023 of the RegulaRN System - Vascular Beds. At the end of this Academic Research, it was found that no state health department has a protocol for regulating hospital beds with a vascular profile publicized, as well as the Access Regulation Protocol for Beds with a Vascular Assistance Profile - foot at risk of amputation for the State of Rio Grande do Norte, this being the guiding instrument for regulating beds with this profile.
