Due to this, the English language has been incorporated for some decades into mainstream education in Brazil. The work takes as a starting point, the difficulties that teachers of regular schools, in Brazil, face in relation to the teaching and learning processes of English. This problem may be due to the need for teaching materials that present differentiated teaching strategies, and that can guide and encourage teachers in the use of new technologies to create playful and attractive environments with regard to the teaching of the English language. For this reason, it is evident the need to diversify activities in English classes using new technological resources, adjusting the didactic material in order to guide the teacher differently in this process. Therefore, and taking into account that Educational Robotics (ER) has brought numerous advances to Education, it can be found in it a way to improve the environment in the classroom. Consequently, this thesis presents a proposal for the integration of ER as a tool to aid in the teaching and learning processes of the English language, with the construction of didactic sequences associated with the use of a low-cost robotic kit, to guide the educator in this integration process. The suggested development methodology is inspired by the instructional design, the field of application being a regular school in the public school system in the municipality of Parnamirim/RN, and the target audience consists of English teachers in the sixth year of Elementary School. For the initial stages of the project, an analysis was carried out through questionnaires targeted to teachers, in order to know the needs in this area, in addition to a literature review for the theoretical foundation of the project. Then, didactic sequences were developed proposing the use of a low-cost robotic model. Finally, an evaluation of the proposed methodology was carried out, through questionnaires targeted to teachers in order to analyze the acceptance of the teaching material, as well as important information was collected that duly led to the construction of this material. Before reading the textbook, more than 10% of respondents believed that the integration of robotics technology into English teaching would be unfeasible. After reading the material, 100% of the teachers interviewed responded that this integration would be possible.
