The study has a qualitative approach of an applied nature and is classified as descriptive and exploratory. The methodology included the development of a manual for conducting ideation processes through Hackapocket, technical visits to the geosites of the Seridó Geopark, and the application of questionnaires to travelers. The results revealed the abundance of natural resources and the tourism potential of the region, as well as the need for tools that integrate the Geopark's services with tourists. As research products, a workshop was held to validate Hackapocket as a tool, and initial proposals for a booking platform for the Seridó Geopark were developed.
