To do this, we intend to contextualize the field of experience, describe the activities developed by the multidisciplinary team and, based on this, reflect on the possibilities and challenges of interprofessional collaboration in the program. The work is a descriptive study, based on a qualitative methodological approach, in the form of Experience Report. Its construction was based on the author's experience as a resident in primary care in the Municipality of Currais Novos, through her participation in the process of elaboration, planning and execution of actions guided by collaborative and interprofessional practice. The structuring of the Results and Discussion was divided into three moments: 1) “Contextualization of the Multidisciplinary Residency in Primary Care” composed of the subsection “Primary Care”, 2) Activities Developed, and 3) Possibilities and challenges of Interprofessional Collaboration at RMAB. The results highlighted the difficulties present in the insertion of a new way of conceiving and acting on the population's comprehensive health, as well as the potential identified in the process of exchange and integration between professionals from different categories in the health area.
