Since the seismic reflection applied to hydrocarbon prospecting becomes essential, considering not only the quality of the data obtained, its seismic correlation with geological samples, but also its relatively low cost-benefit ratio. In this way, attribute applications were made with the intention of highlighting geological features of interest and, with that, helping the seismic interpretation. Thus, data provided by dGB Earth Sciences, in partnership with the OpendTect seismic interpretation software, were used. These data, collected in the Basin of the Western Netherlands, city of Delft, Netherlands. The attributes selected for this research were energy, instantaneous amplitude, instantaneous frequency, instantaneous phase, texture, pseudo-relief (TecVA), similarity, semblance and fracture proximity. Where, not only, comparisons were made of the before and after applications, but also the parameterization of the same, and discussions of how the attribute corroborated, or not, for the detection of possible features of the petroleum system. In this sense, the use of these attributes, duly parameterized, helped to identify features such as: angular discordance (correlated with a structural trap); top of the oil reservoir and lateral discontinuities (correlated with possible migration routes or reservoir seal).
