Therapeutic interventions, such as aerobic physical exercise, seek to improve the patient's condition from the most severe form of the disease to independence. Objective: This work examines the interaction between aerobic physical exercise, neuroplasticity and post-stroke rehabilitation, aiming to understand the neural responses to motor recovery and how this practice influences neural processes is crucial for the development of more effective therapeutic approaches in post-stroke rehabilitation. Methods: In this context, this research carried out a literature review, seeking consolidation and analysis of the available evidence on the impact of aerobic exercise on neuroplasticity and neurological recovery after a stroke. Results: The studies analyzed showed that aerobic exercise affected post-stroke neuroplasticity in different ways. The results of various studies varied, but showed improvements in motor function with more rigorous protocols. Conclusion: Despite the problems and divergent findings, research into aerobic exercise should continue. To create more effective rehabilitation interventions for post-stroke patients, future investigations with larger samples and variations in intensity are needed.Exercício aerobicoNeuroplasticidadeReabilitaçãoO impacto do exercício aeróbico na neuroplasticidade e na recuperação neurológica após acidente vascular cerebral - AVC: uma revisão da literaturaavcbachelorThesis
