The research aims at characterizing, recording and analyzing the limits and perspectives that are related to the investigated phenomenon. The design of this study encompassed complementary analytical approaches, combining, first, the collection of quantitative data (documentary research) and then the consideration of clinical-qualitative data (episodic interview) with graduates of the above-mentioned measure. The results indicate that services are necessary, but trivial and not directly related to the final activity of destination of the entities that receive these adolescents. These services are characterized by poverty in terms of formative aspects, in spite of providing personal and social gains for the participating adolescents. The data obtained allowed us to conclude that the offer of community services has presented few concrete alternatives and many shortcomings and limits for the effectiveness of its sociopedagogical character, since the systematization of the measure shows little coherence with the rules and objectives set by institutional regulations, Which concerns the establishment of quality activities for the training and preparation for the social reintegration of adolescents who are responsible for infractions. Nevertheless, alternatives of referral within the model itself are taken up and suggested, such as (1) ensuring the training and professional qualification of the SINASE actors; (2) to assure to the adolescent, technically and vocationally, compatible with their biopsychosocial profile and life history, while at the same time providing the community with real services, not empty and fictitious tasks; (3) would fit improvements in the legal text that orders the PSC; In its current format, quite succinct, generic and allusive, important aspects are implicit and to the taste of the technical teams that are in charge of concretizing them.Acesso AbertoAto infracionalMedida socioeducativaPrestação de serviços à comunidadeSocioeducaçãomasterThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA
