It is based on the inductive approach method, making it possible to study only one case, being able to reach a general conclusion through similar ones. It addresses Document Management, presenting its legal foundations. It notes the importance of this management for the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Norte, taking into account the large mass of documents produced and accumulated during these years. It analyzes the Document Management Program established by Resolution No. 20-TJ, of July 17, 2018, also presenting the relevant legislation. It briefly points out the stages of this Program. It shows the situation of the archives of some districts of the Judiciary Power of Rio Grande do Norte, the packaging and the conservation of the documents. It presents auxiliary instruments, such as the Temporality Table. The instruments were based on the regulations of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and other Courts, and they were prepared in partnership with the Strategic Management Secretariat (SGE). It shows the actions carried out by the Document Management Program during the year of its implementation, such as the Specialized Training offered to the districts.
