Working the Brazilian public management and factors that induce the crisis. The application of the methods used to do this analysis, from the definition of the research as qualitative, classification being descriptive and exploratory, the selection of the sampling by type, the collection of the information made through interview and codification by content analysis, through of tables and their respective results.
