The research was carried out in three different schools, of the three distinct educational networks (state, federal and private). For preparation of this work searches were conducted in some databases. Due to the great amount of work available in the literature, we are concerned mainly the most contemporary publications the creation of Law No. 13,185, of 06/11/2015, which established the Program to Combat Bullying Systematic (bullying), throughout the national territory. Considered a legal framework to combat bullying and the first national law that aims to prevent and combat the practice of systematic intimidation in the country. Bullying is a phenomenon that gives rise to reflection by all of society, and especially for teaching due to the large amount of negative consequences that this practice can lead to young people around it passes through the school year. It can be concluded that in the case of physical education, in schools surveyed in Natal and in schools surveyed in the metropolitan region of the capital, bullying has proved a very consolidated phenomenon, including numbers that surpass the averages of research conducted at national level, compared with bullying in education in order general.
