They are the ones who guide traditional means of communication and the routine of modern society, and the TikTok app is no different. Digital Journalism is a tool for professionals from journalistic companies and independent content creators. Therefore, this work aims to analyze the profiles of two national media outlets, in order to investigate how these outlets operate, journalistically, on this platform; the profiles analyzed were G1 (Globo) and Estadão (O Estado de S. Paulo). During a period of twelve days (from October 1st to 12th for Estadão and from November 25th to 4th for G1), content from each profile was selected daily in order to analyze and understand the journalistic practice of the portals. . It was noticed that both companies have a constant posting routine, but a different dynamic approach. A considerable portion of content broadcast on TikTok appears to follow a pattern that is similar to that produced for television journalism, without necessarily adopting the format specific to that social network.
