In this context, this research aims to analyze and diagnose the motivational factors of employees at the Sebrae Grande Natal Agency, located in Rio Grande do Norte, as well as to measure the overall job satisfaction level. The survey was conducted through an online form with closed-ended questions, using Likert scales and correlating with motivational theories of Maslow, Herzberg, and McClelland, employing the technique of descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicated that employees are satisfied with their work and are more motivated by security needs and hygiene factors, as well as power and affiliation needs.
