Data were collected online in the official gazette where decisions are published, from 2015 to 2020. The results found 116 cases: 16.4% in 2015, 40.5% in 2016, 24.1% in 2017, 9.5% in 2018, 4.3% in 2019 and 5.2% in 2020. In isolation, were applied 43 warnings and 18 fines, in addition to 23 case filings. Fines and warnings penalties were also applied cumulatively with other penalties, resulting in 23 cases of warnings and 9 cases of fines. The most applied penalties in restaurants and similar in the studied municipality are warning, the less serious one, and fine, but there are more filings than fines.
