A quantitative approach was adopted in a case study, based on exploratory and bibliographic research. Primary data were collected in June 2025 through the application of a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale, answered by 29 employees from various Municipal Secretariats. The results indicated that the adoption of the 1Doc platform brought significant positive impacts, such as greater agility in administrative processes, reduced paper usage, improved internal communication, and increased transparency in public actions. However, some limitations were also identified, such as the need for additional training to ensure the efficient use of the tool and resistance from some sectors regarding its adoption. It is concluded that the 1Doc platform is feasible and widely recommended for the modernization of public administration.
