The work investigates the emotional and social dynamics of this interaction. The methodology adopted is the case study, with observations and description of the events that occurred. The theoretical foundation is based on the works of Edgar Morin, Elias Canetti and Chris Rojek, which offer perspectives on the symbiotic relationship between celebrities and fans, the dynamics of the masses and the phenomenon of celebrity. The article discusses Taylor Swift's trajectory and how The Eras Tour reflects the intense connection between the artist and her followers. The Ana Clara incident is analyzed, its repercussions and the implications for security at large events, proposing preventive measures to avoid similar tragedies.
