With the objective of discussing and relating the work process and the learning that arises from this process, the text brings definitions, and associations between educational and work practices, as well as how they can relate and bring transformations to both processes. The discussion on the subject is based on the theories and ideas of Merhy, Ceccim, Dewey, among other authors, bringing reflections on the reality of learning and teaching in the health area.
