It is developed by a multiprofessional team and has in the Family Health Strategy its main tactic for changing the model focused on curing diseases to another, focused on promotion and prevention. The National humanization Policy aims to strengthen Primary Care and has as one of its guidelines welcoming, in order to seek to meet every person who seeks health service, ensuring access and qualifying the relationship of worker and user. Advanced Access is a scheduling organization model that can integrate the embracement and seeks to reduce waiting time in attendance, absence in consultations, serving 50% of users on the same day and scheduling the other 50%. Due to the curricular and compulsory internship of the Collective Health degree at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), it was identified that the Novo Horizonte Family Health Unit, in Natal/RN, uses the practice of Advanced Access and were Some questions were raised about the implementation of this model. From them, the general objective of the research that seeks to analyze the opinions and experiences of workers regarding the implementation of the embracement with Advanced Access at USF Novo Horizonte was outlined. The research is characterized as descriptive and qualitative, in which the interview method was used, from July to September 2019, with the participation of 16 workers, performing data analysis and content analysis in the modality. Thematic The results indicated that the reception with Advanced Access positively modified the service of the Unit, as it promoted the reduction of queues and absenteeism of users, improved listening / dialogue of workers with the user and the quality of work.
