Processos formativos antirracistas na Educação Superior: uma análise a partir da experiência do Coletivo Negras na UFERSA. Orientador: Dr. Anaxsuell Fernando da Silva. 2024. 89f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Ciências Sociais) - Centro de Ciências Humanas, Letras e Artes, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/63077The aim of this study was to understand the educational and training experience of Coletivo Negras (an extension group studying gender, ethnic-racial relations, learning and knowledge). This group is seen as a political-epistemic instrument for promoting anti-racist and decolonial education at a Federal Public University in the semi-arid region. Its intention is to promote the strengthening of knowledge production on the ethnic-racial relations of black women, in the valorization of social identities and education in contemporary times, considering the scenario of social inequalities and the understanding of the intersectional relations that make up these women. In the meantime, the group, in its socio-historical placement, has gone through tensions to insert itself and maintain itself in the University itself. The work was theoretically based on authors from the field of Human and Social Sciences and in dialogue with Education and ethnicracial issues that discuss the theme, based on Azevedo (2018); Almeida (2018); Cavalleiro (2001); Souza (1983); Silva (2011); Nascimento (2018); Guimarães (2008); Gonzalez (2018); Gomes (2018) and Carneiro (2002). The research was classified as documentary, qualitative, and questioned how the training of black educators takes place within the Collective. The hypothesis was that the experience in the Negras Collective allows for moments of training for new educators who gain knowledge about their black reality and their place of speech in order to act in society. The method adopted was important because it allowed me to observe and participate, as a teacher-researcher, in the activities developed in the socio-cultural context of black women. This proximity corroborated the aim of getting to know their values, behaviors, beliefs and worldviews, and reflecting on the socio-historical context of the group. The partial results show that the speeches and experiences of black women in the Negras Collective enable formative, anti-racist action at the university.
