In order to do so, contracts in general were examined, their legal nature, requirements of validity, effectiveness and principles, to only then enter into consumer contracts and all its microsystem established by Federal Law Nº. 8.078/90, the Code of Consumer Protection. Afterwards, contracts were introduced into the digital scope, focusing on those used by the electronic commerce in the Business to Consumer category, exemplified through marketplace and collective purchase contracts. Thus, it was verified how the existing rules are applicable to these types of contracts: Law nº 8.078/90. Decree Nº. 7.962/13 - which disposes about Electronic Commerce, Decree Law nº. 12.965/14 - Civil Internet Framework and Federal Law Nº. 10.962/04 - which deals with the offer and ways of price display of products and services for the consumer. Therefore, it constitutes in a study by the deductive method, through bibliographical research. As theoretical reference were use doctrinators like Cláudia Lima Marques, Bruno Miragem, Cristiano Chaves and Nelson Rosenvald. In addition, it was noted the need of creation of specific rules on e-commerce aimed at consumer protection, but, mainly, the importance of analyzing the business model developed and the service provided to only then to trace the responsibilities and duties of suppliers.
