The sudden advance of the virus became favorable to the emergence of triggers that triggers psychological illness, which has been occurring gradually, causing mental suffering, including fatigue, stress, episodes of panic and anxiety. This article aimed to describe the experience of implementing Integrative and Complementary Practices in a reference hospital for COVID-19, from the perspective of a resident. In May 2020, the MultiPIC´s Space was started, offering therapeutic services, being disseminated among health professionals. Up to August of this year, 410 services were offered. During the consultations, there were some reports from professionals regarding the effects of therapies, such as relieving muscle pain and tension and reducing stress and anxiety.
