So she was held it was necessary to understand the current marketing environment that the organization in question has, it was also necessary to identify the marketing activities that were held between February and March 2014, it was possible to compare the sales performance of periods in question and finally analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities with the sales performance. Regarding the research methodology, this was characterized as exploratory, descriptive and causal. The research was subject RogérioVilar Marketing manager, graphic web design Roberto Ferreira and the administrative manager PatrycioBrunno. The research instrument was a questionnaire with open questions for the understanding of the company's current marketing environment. Secondary data were also collected from the software the organization uses.
