Now recognized as quilombolas remainders the same ones are descending of Trajano Lopes of Silva (former-slave) that took possession of the lands of the stream starting to live there, with his/her family. Lately they are 3,6 hectares where live about 280 people, whose economical activity is quite diversified in the subsistence agriculture and in the production of the “dish” and in the work in the neighboring farms. The group presents a division interns formed by the mestizos and for the blacks, although for the external world, in other words, out of the limits of the lands of the Stream, that separation is not recognized.
