The project was submitted to and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of UFRN, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for research involving human subjects. The sample consisted of 35 former CORE members who had participated in the organization for at least six months, allowing a representative analysis of the contributions of this experience to their academic and professional trajectories. Data were collected through an electronic questionnaire, addressing aspects such as the practical application of knowledge acquired in the classroom, the development of interpersonal and technical skills, and the establishment of professional networks. The results showed that experiences in CORE were particularly valuable for applying technical knowledge in real contexts, providing integration between theory and practice, and that the time spent in CORE is directly related to the development of entrepreneurial and management skills. Participation in CORE also enabled the creation and/or expansion of professional networks. This study highlights the relevance of junior enterprises as formative environments that transcend traditional education and prepare students for the challenges of the job market.
