It is justified because the use of acoustic and visual guidelines in a Concert Hall provides a satisfactory comfort level for both artists and the public. Based on acoustic conditioning studies of those spaces, it is argued that the insertion of acoustic and visual design guidelines at the beginning of the design process for these rooms will minimize future problems during the development of the specific project done by a professional expert in acoustics. To support the development of the proposal, a bibliographical review was made to identify design guidelines that favor acoustic conditioning and visibility in presentation rooms being applied during the conception of the project.
