It aims to identify the profile of visitors to the Natal Aquarium - RN, analyze the main environmental education actions present in the place and map the strategies of managers that aim to promote attractiveness, innovation and attracting the public at the Aquarium. The methodology used was the case study with a qualitative and exploratory approach, with data collection through interviews with managers and visitors on site, about their perception of the Aquarium.
