The present invention of Lightweight Ecological Concrete - CLE, refers to a composite material resulting from the union of concrete with waste plastic polymers, which may be expanded polystyrene - EPS and polyethylene terephthalate - PET. The composite matrix is made up of materials characterized by containing in its mixture cement, aggregates and water, as basic elements, and an additive as an air-entraining agent. The composite filler consists of particulate plastic polymer residue with the function of light artificial aggregate. The ecological lightweight concrete of this invention is produced by replacing part of the fine particles of high-cost conventional Portland cement with low-cost recyclable plastic polymer waste, forming an economical, stable, non-contractile, lightweight product with mechanical and acoustic properties. fully satisfactory, composed from a chemical reaction between cement and the addition of these materials mentioned above.
