Multdia SA is a food company and its products’ primary target isthe nourishment of children and pregnant women. The internship had the duration of 360 hours (from August 17, 2015 to November 17, 2015) and mainly aimedat the quality control analysis of the raw materials as well as theintermediate and final products. The physicochemical analysis evaluated moisture content, viscosity, pH, acidity, density, microorganism presence, fat content, and gel point.
