For this, a descriptive research of an applied nature was carried out with a qualitative approach, through an online questionnaire via Google Forms, being answered by 11 teachers from the public network of Natal/RN, working in Elementary School (1st to 9th grade). year). From the answers obtained, it was found that the school is the ideal place to work on Health Education, since it has a great influence on its students in the formative and most important stages of their lives. In addition, the school Physical Education teacher needs to be a mediator in the educational process of adopting an active lifestyle with children and adolescents, capable of making them recognize the importance of the body culture of movement for the benefit of their own quality of life. .
