So, what matters is the territory used to analyze synonymous with human space, living space (SANTOS, 2002). These uses are fruits of the inseparability of objects and actions and are associated with a vision of social and instance of geographical area (Silveira, 1999) given by the temporal and spatial coherence of the events, which reflect the dynamics of the different places and feasibility of the uses of the territory by the health system. To develop the research was conducted literature, documentary and statistical.
