Within the project, there are environments directly related to cultural dissemination, as well as technical support spaces to provide the necessary conditions for the facility's use, ensuring the quality of the activities offered to reach the target audience. The motivation for this work is based on the principle that leisure and culture are part of people's lives and are fundamental pillars guaranteed by the Federal Constitution, aiming to provide a better quality of life for citizens. However, in a municipality with such a strong local culture, presented to the people in various ways, including folk groups, there is no public facility that meets the population's needs in this regard.
