The creation of a new digital experience for the citizen was hoped for, from the confirmation of the hypothesis that the present forms of interaction that are offered by the Park are not adequate for a satisfactory user experience. For that, an exploratory survey was made on the perception of individuals regarding the services offered by the Park and provided experience. Interviews were conducted with employees, questionnaires with parkgoers and residents, and exploratory observations in space. The data obtained were analyzed and considered in the elaboration of the mobile application of the City Park.
