Among which may be mentioned those stakeholders female characters usually are prescribed House on menopause and are environmentally by the pharmaceutical industry, requiring the development of methods of quality control of medicines. In this work, we developed and validated a method of analysis based on the technique of reducing differential analysis (DTA). DTA analysis was performed on Shimadzu thermobalance, model DTG-60 (simultaneous TG/DTA), under dynamic atmosphere of N2 at 50 mL min-1 , using aluminum pan with about approximately 5 mg of samples and heating rate of 10 ºC min-1 in the from 25 - 300 ºC. The validation of analytical method for DTA was carried out with the determination of selectivity, analytical curve and linearity, precision, limit of detection an limit of quantification, accuracy and robustness. The method exhibits good linearity from 1-5 mg with determination coefficient 0,995, precise (R.S.D < 2,0%), accuracy (recovery of 99,99%), selectivity and robustness. The LOD and LQ values were determined to be 0,07 and 0,22 mg, respectively. Using the DTA in the routine of pharmaceutical analysis will allow you to eliminate the use of organic solvents and reduce the time of analysis, when compared to the other methods.Acesso AbertoValidaçãoMetodologia analíticaAnálise térmicaDTAEstradiolAnálise térmica de hormônios bioidêntico: uma abordagem quantitativaThermal analysis of bioidentical hormone: a quantitative approachmasterThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FARMACIA
