In an attempt to exploit the benefits and reduce the difficulties of this evolution, these actors strive to create more efficient innovation processes. In this sense, Research and Development strategies focused on the technology foresight activity are necessary, in order to subsidize innovation. Therefore, in this work, we analyze the processes of technology foresight based on patents, with the objective of developing an online tool capable of generating reports of technology foresight, in an agile and automatic way. For this, contributions on innovation and technology foresight were used in the terms defined by Ribeiro (2018), Oliveira (2019), Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Intelectual (2015), among others. The research is of a qualitative and quantitative nature, has an exploratory objective and uses documentary, bibliographic and experimental procedures.
