It provides modern medical services to combat cancer. In 2022, the Liga performed over 990,000 procedures, including more than 16,000 surgeries, over 316,000 clinical pathology exams, and more than 130,000 consultations, among other procedures. In this context, a mobile application was introduced and delivered to enable patients to interact with the services provided by the institution. This application reduces the bureaucracy of filling out forms and questionnaires, offering a faster and less repetitive way for patients to perform a "self anamnesis," thereby speeding up the planning for health teams. Another example is the access to test results. Previously, patients or their representatives had to travel to the hospital to retrieve test results. With the app, users can access their test results as soon as they are ready and available in the hospital’s systems. Other services have been developed and are detailed in this work, highlighting the importance of implementing this application in the Liga’s hospital routine.
